Responsibilities
- Sales Development:
- Identify and target potential clients in the financial services and commodity sectors through client profiling, networking, and industry events.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations of training programs to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in organizations seeking training solutions for their staff.
- Communications Strategy:
- Collaborate with team colleagues and the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Utilize digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to reach a broader audience.
- Prepare marketing materials, including e-brochures, presentations, and case studies, to support sales efforts.
- Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the financial and commodities markets.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform business development strategies.
- Develop proposals and negotiate contracts for corporate training solutions tailored to clients' specific requirements.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Provide exceptional customer support to existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing relationship development to drive repeat business.
- Monitor client feedback to continuously improve course offerings and support services.
- Maintain an accurate customer database to track sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions.
- Performance Metrics:
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in alignment with the business unit’s objectives.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, analyzing results and identifying areas for improvement.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within the financial services or education sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing successful client relationships.
- Skills:
- Ideally an understanding of financial and commodity markets, as well as training and educational program delivery.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Proficient in sales tools, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and digital marketing platforms.
- Personal Attributes:
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market opportunities and drive strategic initiatives.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
