We are currently looking for an Intern to join our Legal Technical Contracts team based in London. with particular focus on projects in UK, Ireland and Germany, including permitting, construction, PPAs, project acquisitions and disposals, development agreements, financing.

Your role will encompass:
- Assist the Legal Transactions Team in various tasks, including the use of DocuSign and other legal software.
- Review engagement letters and provide support in drafting simple legal documents such as letters, board minutes, and meeting notes.
- Support project management by monitoring key dates, managing checklists, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Assist in the preparation of disclosure letters and coordinate feedback from internal teams and external counsel as needed.
- Conduct legal research using legal research platforms to support ongoing projects.
- Follow legal processes set by the Legal Team and assist with the maintenance of relevant checklists and key dates.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing clear and structured support.
- LLB Law Degree from a reputable university, preferably with a 2.1 or above.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle conflicting and changing priorities.
