M+C Saatchi Talent are looking for a Head of Brand Partnerships to launch and lead a brand-new division. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of talent-brand collaborations at one of the UK’s most creative and forward-thinking talent agencies. You’ll be at the heart of where talent meets opportunity, developing new commercial strategies, building powerful partnerships, and creating IP-led moments that resonate across industries. Based in Soho, London, this role reports into the senior leadership team and will be pivotal in expanding our commercial offering.
About The Role
You’ll be responsible for setting the strategic direction for a new function within M+C Saatchi Talent, with a sharp focus on creating innovative brand partnerships that align with our roster’s strengths and aspirations. Your mission is to drive revenue while ensuring authentic, high-value collaborations between talent and brands. You’ll identify new partnership opportunities across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, entertainment and tech exploring ways to collaborate across the global M+C Saatchi network and create cross-agency opportunities for talent."

What you'll do:
Strategic Leadership
- Establish and lead a new commercial division dedicated to brand partnerships and IP-led initiatives.
- Design and execute a holistic partnership strategy aligned with agency goals.
- Explore cross-functional opportunities across the global M&C Saatchi PLC network to deliver integrated casting and partnership solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, marketers, and industry leaders.
- Act as the primary liaison for brand partners, ensuring smooth and successful collaboration from pitch to execution.
- Identify, pitch, and negotiate partnership opportunities that elevate both talent and brand profiles.
- Collaborate with internal teams—talent, marketing, PR—to align strategy, messaging, and deliverables.
- Monitor the success of partnership campaigns, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

You’ll bring with you (experience and qualifications):
- Strong experience in brand partnerships, business development, or commercial leadership roles.
- Proven track record of executing successful, revenue-driving campaigns in agency or entertainment sectors.
- Deep knowledge of influencer marketing, talent representation, and content strategy.
- Excellent commercial acumen and contract negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Thinking commercially and creatively—often at the same time.
- Leading with curiosity, collaboration, and a proactive attitude.
- Navigating complexity with confidence and clarity.
- Building and maintaining strong, authentic relationships.
