We are seeking a skilled and motivated Regional Sales Director (S2-G6) to drive revenue growth across our EMEA sales operations.

The successful individual will join the global team currently spread across Asia, Europe, the Americas and will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth in the assigned territory.

The Role

The Regional Sales Director (RSD) is responsible for driving revenue growth across a defined territory by leading strategic sales initiatives and cultivating new business opportunities for the full suite of Continent 8 Technologies' products and solutions. These include managed network services, secure cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, colocation, and edge computing solutions tailored to highly regulated industries such as iGaming, finance, and healthcare.

As a senior commercial leader, the RSD will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and opportunity qualification to contract negotiation and closure. The role will also involve close collaboration with internal stakeholders including Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and delivery of exceptional customer value.

The RSD is expected to build long-term relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers, positioning Continent 8 as a trusted strategic partner in digital infrastructure. This is a quota-carrying role with accountability for regional revenue targets, pipeline development, and territory growth.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required

  • In-depth knowledge of B2B technology sales, with a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, data centers, and managed network solutions
  • Proven ability to develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies and manage complex sales cycles
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a data-driven approach to territory and pipeline management
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a consultative selling style
  • Ability to build C-level relationships and influence senior decision-makers across client organizations
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Fluent in CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) and familiar with tools for pipeline reporting and sales forecasting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Formal sales training (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN selling) is an asset

Experience

  • Minimum 8+ years of sales experience in a technology or infrastructure-focused environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership or regional role
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar sales quotas
  • Experience selling to regulated industries such as iGaming, financial services, or healthcare is highly desirable
  • Experience working in or with global teams across different time zones and culture
