Project Quantity SurveyorLocation: London, EnglandContract Role - Hybrid WorkWe are seeking an Project Quantity Surveyor to join our client's Drainage and Earthworks team on a major rail framework in their London office on a Contract basis.Our client is an industry leader within the Civil Engineering space and have worked on a large scale projects across the UK.Responsibilities:Supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor in managing all contractual and commercial needs across a number of concurrent schemes at different stages.Managing and identifying opportunities and risks within the contract.Meeting and collaborating with suppliers, subcontractors, and the project team for smooth project delivery.Requirements:Experience working as either an intermediate Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor.Holds relevant HND in subjects including building/ construction, urban, civil and land studies.Experience in Civils/ Rail is adventurous.Confident communicator and problem solver, able to work with diverse teams and contractors.Package - All in and flexible depending on Experience!
