Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our digital marketing efforts.

This full-time, remote role (UK-based) involves executing content strategies, managing influencer collaborations, and ensuring the smooth operation of social media and brand campaigns.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for social media, influencer marketing, and brand engagement to grow within a dynamic team.

  • To Note: Salary range (30,000 - 33,000) is in GBP*

Responsibilities:

  • Execute social media content plans: schedule, post, and monitor engagement on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Research and identify new influencers aligned with brand values and target audiences.
  • Assist in managing talent: outreach, contracts, content approvals, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Support execution of both paid and organic campaigns.
  • Analyze performance data to refine strategy and boost engagement.
  • Support and help grow the Student Ambassador Program.
  • Maintain content calendars in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Assist with logistics of events, talent bookings, and brand collaborations.
  • Monitor social media trends and provide actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in social media management, talent coordination, or influencer marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, content formats, and scheduling tools.
  • Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Tagger).
  • Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
  • Proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Preferred: Experience in lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or entertainment; existing influencer/agent relationships.
