About The Job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Mayfair within the Administrative and General team, the Executive Assistant is responsible for the smooth running of the Executive Office and to provide support to the General Manager.

About The Job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Mayfair within the Administrative and General team, the Executive Assistant is responsible for the smooth running of the Executive Office and to provide support to the General Manager.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- To organise and look after the reservations that come through the Executive Office, ensuring that the guests’ stay goes smoothly
- To handle reservations for MOHG executives
- To prioritise the General Manager work-loads on a daily basis, ensuring deadlines are kept
- To draft correspondence for the General Manager and keep a filing system for the Executive Office
- To handle small complaints on behalf of the Executive Office
- To carry out Meet & Greets on behalf of the Executive Office for bookings made directly with the office
- To build relationships with MOHG and Jardine PAs
- To handle the General Manager diaries
- To draft replies and/or reply to all Guest Satisfaction Survey comments on behalf of Executive Office
- To manage travel itineraries for the Executive Office
- To support other departments as needed while representing the Executive Office and ‘working together as a one team’
- To carry out any other reasonable request as directed by the General Manager
