Client Servicing AdministratorLocation: London/HybridSalary: Up to £38,000, depending on experience + excellent benefit package
Are you an enthusiastic Client Servicing Administrator who could fulfil a vital support function within a busy Financial Services and Wealth Management office?You will be working as part of the team at a highly respected Partner Practice of St. James’s Place Plc who provide bespoke financial advice and services to a broad range of clients, individuals, high net worth individuals, families and businesses. The Role: Client Servicing Administrator duties include:
- Being responsible for liaising with third party providers to gather information for both Planners so that they can provide holistic financial planning solutions to their clients.
- Building strong relationships with all clients and key stakeholders by being the first point of contact for all aspects of client administration and dealing with technical admin queries
- Managing client records for the Financial Advisers via the CRM software, Salesforce, ensuring that the necessary information is captured and kept up to date on a daily basis.
- Being the key relationship manager with main stakeholders including admin centres
- Processing client withdrawals and redemptions.
- Processing submissions and new client money including liaising with clients regarding bank details and timescales.
- Processing client portfolio changes and rebalancing.
- Processing ongoing advice documentation for client financial reviews.
- Processing client capital gain disposals.
- Client onboarding administration.
- Reporting to the Planners on a daily basis.
The Person: Client Servicing Administrator will have the following qualities:
- Preferably 2 years + experience in a client servicing support role within a St. James's Place Partner Practice.
- Excellent customer service and the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships
- Strong attention to detail and be able to problem solve and think on your feet
- Good time management and planning skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office Programs
- It is essential that you are confident in dealing with colleagues, third parties and can work with total discretion
