Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Building Management Systems? Join our client, a global leader with over 100 years of innovation in BMS solutions, delivering excellence to major commercial and residential developments.

We’re seeking a driven and technically skilled Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of BMS projects across London and the South East. You'll manage everything from large new-build developments with Tier 2 contractors to smaller direct-to-client installations. This is a chance to lead multi-disciplinary projects, manage budgets, build strong client relationships, and drive operational success.

What you'll need:

• Proven experience managing complex BMS or M&E projects.

• Strong commercial, contractual, and technical acumen.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.

• Ability to manage project teams and coordinate across stakeholders.

• CSCS registration and willingness to travel as needed.
