In this rewarding role, you'll work directly with children and young people who may have: Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) Mental health needs Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

Your role will include:

• Providing 1:1 or group support tailored to individual care plans

• Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment

• Promoting independence, emotional well-being, and social development

• Supporting with daily routines, personal care, and structured activities

• Working collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and other agencies

We’re looking for someone who: Has experience or a strong interest in working with children with complex needs Is calm, patient, and resilient in challenging situations Understands the importance of safeguarding and child protection Is a great communicator and a team player Holds a relevant qualification (or is willing to work towards one)
