The RoleWe are seeking a full-time reception teaching assistant to support a delightful child with Autism Spectrum Disorder who is currently pre-verbal and requires intimate care. This role is ideal for a skilled and patient professional who is confident in working 1:1 with children with complex needs, particularly in an early years setting.

About You• Proven experience supporting children with autism and SEN, ideally in EYFS or primary education• Confident with pre-verbal communication techniques (PECS, Makaton, etc.)• Comfortable with personal care responsibilities• Empathetic, adaptable and passionate about making a difference
