Are you a Electrical Supervisor looking for a new and exciting project based in Central London? Fawkes & Reece are currently working with one of the UK' leading MEP Contractors who are renowned for their high-end commercial projects.

The role of the Electrical Supervisor:

- Supervise and coordinate electrical installations, ensuring they adhere to design specifications and quality standards.

- Monitor on-site work to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Conduct regular inspections of electrical work and provide feedback to the team.

- Manage and allocate resources efficiently to meet project timelines and budgets.

- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.

- Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Provide technical advice and support to team members and clients.

- Prepare progress reports and maintain documentation related to electrical systems.

What You'll Need:

- Relevant degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, preferably in the M&E sector.

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and regulatory standards.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple priorities.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., NICEIC, City & Guilds) are advantageous.
