Shift Pattern: 2-Man Shift Salary: £53,300 + Competitive Package

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across landlord areas.
Provide first-line response to building services faults, and escalate complex issues where needed.
Maintain and repair electrical and/or mechanical building systems (HVAC, lighting, distribution boards, pumps, AHUs, etc.).
Monitor BMS systems and react to alarms or trends proactively.
Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations and policies.
Complete all required documentation and reporting via CAFM systems.
Support coordination with third-party contractors and ensure quality delivery of services.
Maintain high standards of service delivery and presentation within a high-profile building.
