The RoleYou’ll be working with small groups and individual students across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially 5, supporting progress in maths and preparing students for GCSEs and A-Levels. You’ll tailor your approach to suit learners’ individual needs — boosting confidence, building skills, and making maths accessible and engaging.

What We’re Looking For• A strong background in mathematics (degree or relevant experience)• Experience tutoring or teaching at KS3–KS5• A patient, encouraging approach with excellent communication skills• A proactive, positive attitude with a commitment to student progress
