The Package

• £110,000 base salary
• 30% bonus based on KPI's

The Job Role

• Reporting to the CFO, the Finance Director will be managing all aspects of finance within the day to day running of the business
• Managing a team of 12 in the finance department
• Overseeing risk management and regulatory requirements
• The Finance Director will be working with the Heads of Departments to improve their understandings of financial matters
• Forecasting, budgeting and financial planning
• Accurate reporting on financial matters

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be a strong Group Financial Controller or FD within the retail, leisure or hospitality sectors
• The Finance Director will be qualified to CIMA or ACCA standards
• This is based in London 5 days per week.
• Ideally have experience in leading data led changes to improve business efficiencies
• The Finance Director will be comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels within the business, from unit operators to investors.
