Housing Officer at Reside With Progress

Day-to-day management of the Group’s 100 supported living schemes in London, Brighton Surry and Kent.; including establishment and maintenance of links with various outside bodies to include; referral agencies, service commissioners, support agencies and local authorities’ housing benefit and Council Tax departments.
Carry out property visits and provide tenancy management services to all tenants and to deal with low level tenancy enforcement issues. To liaise with the Community Safety Team to refer more complex tenancy enforcement cases to them and to offer support when required to other teams across the Group in relation to the management of income collection and additional works, such as aids and adaptations requests.
Provide information on key matters to the Supported Living Housing Manager for inclusion in performance reports.
This is a fixed term contract, working 36.25 hours per week for 9 months covering maternity leave.
