Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating and editing social-first content, including videos and stills for organic, paid, and performance social.
- Managing the entire creative process: from concepting to shooting and editing.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop social campaigns and spot creative opportunities.
- Keeping up with social media trends and platform changes, integrating them into your work.
- Bringing fresh ideas to life, reacting quickly to industry shifts and audience needs.
- Willing to feature in content for client projects.
- Ensuring timely delivery of creative content, adhering to client briefs and deadlines.
- Supporting new business pitches with creative ideas and solutions.
Who You Are:
- Has experience in a social-first content role or a strong personal social media presence
- Proficiency in shooting and editing content on iPhone, with skills in titles, music, voice-overs, and SFX.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement.
- Experience in creating content for various social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Creative and proactive, with the ability to quickly bring ideas to life.
- Good at receiving and incorporating feedback into your work.
- A collaborative mindset, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Photoshop) is required; knowledge of Cinema 4D is a plus.
