Our Ways of Working
We’re all about flexibility, community and a healthy work-life balance. Our hybrid model offers a 'best of both worlds' approach combining the best parts of home and office working. When you'll be in the office depends on your role, but you can expect to work from our London office between 8-12 days per month.
To support this, the successful applicant should be within a reasonably commutable distance to our office (Gray's Inn Road, London, WC1X 8HB).

You will play a key role in leading Pod's online sales growth by optimising digital experiences and conversion rates across e-commerce channels, ensuring the online store operates effectively, leveraging data-driven insights, customer-centric strategies, and commercial acumen to enhance performance.

You’ll also be responsible for:
- E-commerce Strategy & Execution: Leading the development and delivery of a results-driven e-commerce strategy to grow revenue, attract new customers, and boost retention.
- Site Experience & Conversion Optimisation: Owning and enhancing the e-commerce platform to deliver a seamless, high-converting user experience. Use CRO best practices, A/B testing, and user insights to optimise UX, simplify navigation, and drive engagement and sales.
- Digital Trading & Merchandising: Managing daily trading, including merchandising, pricing, promotions, and inventory, to maximise sales and profitability.
- Data & Performance Analytics: Monitoring KPIs, uncover insights, and driving continuous improvement through data-led optimisation.
- Technology & Platform Management: Overseeing the seamless operation and integration of e-commerce tools and platforms.
We think the role would be great for somebody with proven experience in e-commerce management within a direct-to-consumer (DTC) or omnichannel retail environment.
We are also looking for:
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in online trading, merchandising, and digital performance optimisation.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Big Commerce, Magento etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Looker, etc.).
- Expertise in conversion rate optimisation (CRO), A/B testing, and UX best practices.
