Highways

We are recruiting for Site Supervisors to support with management and supervision of highways maintenance projects around the M25.

We are looking for a candidate with experience of working within the highways/road construction sector and exposure to structures. Some of the works will involve bridge joint/bearing replacement and structual reapir and mainteance.

This position will start within the next 2-3 weeks and can be paid on a CIS basis. Candidates must be open to working days or nights and some weekends too.

Duties include:

• Management of sub contractors to ensure working safely and to specification.
• Checking Risk assessment and method statements are in place for works
• Ensuring permits are in place
• Delivery of daily dairies, site inductions and tool box talks
• Supporting site management team with productivity
• Ensure road closure time constraints are met and road handed back for use
• Problem solving, dealing with site queries and dealing with site logistics

Candidates are required to have SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and fit to work medical.
