Electrical Multi-Skilled EngineerKingston£42,000 | Monday - Friday | 24 days hol + BHPermanentThis is your chance to join an industry leader, where you will carry out all aspects of domestic duties.A leading player in the industry is currently looking for an Electrical Multi-Skilled Engineer to join their growing team, covering a social housing contract in Kingston. The RoleAs the Electrical Multi-Skilled Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:

• Undertake replacements of electrical appliances and fittings as needed
• Quarterly shower head & hose cleaning in accordance with L8 requirements (full training will be provided)
• Monthly temperature monitoring of Hot & Cold-water systems
• Continuous monitoring and maintenance of mechanical systems, fittings and plantrooms
• Weekly flushing of water outlets in all unoccupied rooms
• Weekly fire alarm testing on the student accommodation
• Bi-annual Fire Door inspections (full training will be provided), ensuring necessary adjustments are completed / faults & damage recorded accurately
• Undertake minor repairs to faults reported within student bedrooms and shared kitchen facilities covering all elements of building Fabric, Fixtures & Fittings
• 1 in 4 weeks call out rota – paid at £125 a week standby.
• Carry out replacement of luminaires & general LV outlets & accessories
• You will be working Monday - Friday - 40 hours per week.

What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in the role of Electrical Multi-Skilled Engineer, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role:

• We are keen to speak to experienced Electrical Bias Multi-Skilled Engineers who are qualified to 18th Edition and NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations.
• Experience in social housing environments.
• DBS Check will be required before starting.
• Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
