Role Overview:

As a Carpenter / Junior Construction Manager, you will support senior site and project managers in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction activities. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone with foundational construction experience who is eager to develop their skills and step into a management career path.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day management of construction sites
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are upheld
• Help monitor project progress and quality control
• Attend site meetings and assist with reporting and documentation
• Resolve minor site issues and escalate concerns when needed

Requirements:

• Carpentry background is essential
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to read and understand plans and technical drawings
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
