Job Role: Architectural Technologist

Key Responsibilities for Architectural Technologist:
- Should be located within a commutable distance, with full-time office attendance required during the initial 3–6 month probationary period to support team integration and systems training.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills are essential, along with the ability to manage project expectations effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in contract administration and running projects, with a strong working knowledge of RIBA stages and JCT contracts.
- Solid technical expertise in building design, detailing, and construction methods is required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit is preferred, though training can be provided; must be willing to assist with drawing packages and travel for site-related work.
- Strong interpersonal skills essential, with experience in client-facing roles and managing project expectations.
Key Responsibilities for Architectural Technologist:
- Applicants must already reside in the UK; we cannot consider those planning to relocate ahead of this role.
- Ideally located within commuting distance
- Holds (or is working towards) full membership of CIAT, RICS, or CIOB, with an accredited degree or HNC/HND in Building Surveying, Architectural Technology, Construction, or the Built Environment.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software is preferred; must be able to interpret technical drawings and prepare schedules of work/specifications.
- Capable of working independently, maintaining project momentum, and managing client expectations through clear, consistent communication.
