The Role

• Deliver a wide range of professional and project-led building surveying services
• Take responsibility for projects from initial client briefing through to completion and handover
• Engage with clients, contractors, and wider project teams to drive high-quality outcomes
• Contribute to the development of the London office through technical delivery and client relationship management

About You

• MRICS qualified (essential)
• Experience within a consultancy or client-side environment
• Strong knowledge of both professional services (dilapidations, party wall, condition surveys) and project delivery
• Excellent client-facing skills with a commercial mindset
• Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to high standards of work
