HOT JOB: Resident Engagement Manager | £45-£48k + Benefits | Remediation Programme

We're supporting a major residential developer in their search for a Resident Engagement Manager to lead communication and support across a large-scale building remediation programme.

The Role You'll be the key liaison between project teams and residents, coordinating engagement forums, managing communications, and ensuring residents are fully informed and supported before and during construction works.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in occupied residential settings

• Strong experience in resident liaison on construction projects

• Confident managing events, drafting communications, and handling feedback

• Comfortable engaging with leaseholders, freeholders, managing agents, and principal contractors

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Bonus: Familiarity with Procore and Smartsheet (training provided)
