Air Export Agent- Feltham - Up to £34,000

Our client are looking for a motivated and organized Air Export Agent to join their team based in Feltham. In this role, you will ensure the timely and accurate movement of international freight while providing exceptional customer service.

Job type: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday - 09:00AM - 17:30PM

Salary: Up to £34,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality service by coordinating air export shipments and communicating with shippers and overseas offices
• Log and prepare export files, receive documentation, process shipments, and issue invoices
• Monitor and manage daily shipments while adhering to operational KPIs and compliance standards
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into internal systems
• Work collaboratively with team members and escalate issues when necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of air freight experience covering exports for a UK based freight forwarder
• Right to work in the UK (No sponsorship on offer)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize, stay focused under pressure, and work well in a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Basic understanding of the global logistics industry is desirable
