TXM Recruit is working in partnership with a world renown and award-winning fit out and refurbishment company. They are expanding and enhancing their teams on site at one of their key accounts are looking for a Site Manager to join their team to deliver turnkey end-to-end site solutions across various parts of the site, in Northwood

We are looking for someone with commercial site management experience

The type of works will consist of renovating a commercial building whilst managing all phases and labour, against a strict delivery deadline.

Monday to Friday£250 per day CIS.

On-site

Person specification

• SMSTS or SSSTS
• First Aid
• Health and safety qualification’s
• Experience manager M&E projects
• Ideally a qualification or time spent knowledge of a trade.
• Commercial construction site experience
• Project management experience
