An exciting Revenue Coordinator opportunity to join the finance department of a leading international law firm, supporting billing and collections across London and EMEA.

This role involves preparing prebills, managing billing edits and compliance, liaising with partners to issue accurate invoices, and driving collections to improve cash flow. Responsibilities also include maintaining billing records, monitoring aged debt, ensuring VAT compliance, and collaborating with global finance teams.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in legal billing and credit control, ideally within a law firm
• Proficiency with multi-currency billing and financial systems (Aderant preferred)
• Strong Excel skills and understanding of VAT and Solicitors’ Accounting Rules
• Proactive communicator, able to engage with senior stakeholders and manage workload independently
