Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Engineer or Mechanical Engineer or Multi-skilled.

As we expand in response to thriving demand, we're on the search for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to contribute to PPM and reactive remedial repairs at our client's state-of-the-art office facility within the vibrant Bishopsgate complex.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time: 40 hours per week
• Split Hours Schedule: 7:00am – 16:00pm & 10:00am - 19:00pm.
• Days: Monday to Friday with weekend overtime opportunities.

General Duties:

• Perform Mechanical bias PPM and reactive tasks on-site for commercial buildings, including but not limited to boilers, pumps, Fan Coils, AHU's, HVAC systems, plumbing, and more.
• React to reactive remedial tasks on site (Mech).
• Assist with any reasonable requests (Fabric/non-critical electrical) from the client and Contract Manager.
• Update logs and paperwork accurately.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements (All essential):

• Either: Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds/ NVQ Mechanical
• 3-5 years experience in Facilities Maintenance/Building Services.
• Strong technical knowledge, background and experience (Mech/Elec or both)
