M&E Quantity Surveyors / Intermediate QSs – London-Based Fit-Out Projects

Location: Office & Site (London Projects) | Type: Full-Time | Sector: M&E Fit-Out

My client is currently looking for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyors or ambitious Intermediate QSs ready to take the next step in their career. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team, working across high-quality fit-out projects in and around London.

About the Role:

• Working from our office with regular site visits across London
• Supporting projects from pre-construction through to final account
• Managing M&E packages on fast-paced, design-led fit-out projects

Project Scope:

• Average project value: £3m–£8m
• Programme length: 6–9 months
• Sector: Predominantly fit-out (commercial, workspace, and high-end interiors)

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience in M&E QS roles OR
• Intermediate QSs looking to step up into more responsibility
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to work across multiple projects
