Refrigeration EngineerLocation: Kingston Upon Thames and surrounding areas

Key Details:

• Salary: Up to £49,767 per annum (dependent on experience)

• Overtime: Paid at time and a half, with potential to earn an additional £12,000 per annum

• Additional Pay: Door-to-door pay

• Bonus: 4% annual bonus (subject to performance targets – historically paid out)

• Company Van: With fuel card and option for personal use

• Other Equipment Provided: Smartphone, tools, uniform, PPE

Role Overview:

As a Refrigeration Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of supermarket refrigeration systems across a portfolio of sites in your region. This is a mobile role, so you must be comfortable working independently, managing your time effectively, and delivering high standards of work.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and repairing faults on refrigeration systems

• Conducting preventative maintenance and servicing

• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company and legal standards

• Maintaining professional relationships with clients

Essential Requirements:

• Valid UK driving licence

• Proven experience as a Refrigeration Engineer

• C&G 2079 / F-GAS certification

• Strong communication skills and professional work ethic

• Solid awareness of Health & Safety practices

Desirable Qualifications (Training can be provided):

• CO₂ refrigeration qualification

• Supermarket refrigeration experience
