Refrigeration EngineerLocation: Kingston Upon Thames and surrounding areas
Key Details:

Salary: Up to £49,767 per annum (dependent on experience)

Overtime: Paid at time and a half, with potential to earn an additional £12,000 per annum

Additional Pay: Door-to-door pay
-
Bonus: 4% annual bonus (subject to performance targets – historically paid out)

Company Van: With fuel card and option for personal use
-
Other Equipment Provided: Smartphone, tools, uniform, PPE
Role Overview:
As a Refrigeration Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of supermarket refrigeration systems across a portfolio of sites in your region. This is a mobile role, so you must be comfortable working independently, managing your time effectively, and delivering high standards of work.
Responsibilities:

Diagnosing and repairing faults on refrigeration systems

Conducting preventative maintenance and servicing
-
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company and legal standards

Maintaining professional relationships with clients
Essential Requirements:
-
Valid UK driving licence
-
Proven experience as a Refrigeration Engineer
-
C&G 2079 / F-GAS certification
-
Strong communication skills and professional work ethic
-
Solid awareness of Health & Safety practices
Desirable Qualifications (Training can be provided):
-
CO₂ refrigeration qualification
-
Supermarket refrigeration experience
