Duties And Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather system requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Configure ERP software to align with business processes and organizational structure.
- Customize and integrate ERP modules to enhance system functionality.
- Conduct system testing and support end-user training and adoption.
- Develop documentation and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP systems.
- Stay updated on ERP industry trends and best practices to recommend system improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering good to have.
- Proven experience as an ERP Consultant or similar role, with a experience in ERP implementation and support in Construction and Civil Engineering.
- Proficiency in ERP software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
