What You'll Do
- Own the full recruitment cycle—from identifying and sourcing to engaging, evaluating, and closing the best sales talent in the market.
- Partner with executives and hiring managers to design creative recruitment strategies and influence key hiring decisions.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with candidates and stakeholders; serve as a trusted advisor.
- Use innovative tools and sourcing techniques to continuously expand our talent pipeline.
- Ensure a world-class candidate experience every step of the way.
- A proven sales recruiter with 4+ years of experience in high-growth, dynamic environments (in-house or agency).
- Experience hiring for MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler, or SPIN-based sales organizations is highly preferred.
- An expert sourcer—proactive, creative, and persistent in discovering top-tier "A-players."
- Confident working through ambiguity and unafraid to pivot quickly as business needs evolve.
- Collaborative, influential, and capable of building strong relationships with senior leaders.
- Obsessed with providing an outstanding candidate and client experience—detail-focused, process-driven, and outcome-oriented.
- Be an integral part of scaling a cutting-edge company on a mission to redefine business travel & expense.
