We’re looking for a Merchant Branch Manager to take full ownership of a tool and equipment hire concession based within a well-established builder’s merchant.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a dedicated tool hire concession within a partner merchant branch

• Supporting existing customers while identifying and converting new opportunities

• Recommending the right tools and equipment for the job

• Achieving and exceeding sales targets through strong customer relationships

• Monitoring local market activity, trends, and competitor activity

• Promoting additional products and services through upselling and cross-selling

• What We’re Looking For

• A proven background in sales, tool hire, trade counters, or a similar environment

• Strong people skills and a proactive approach to customer service

• Confidence managing your own area and representing the business independently

• Results-driven with a passion for hitting targets and growing business

• Strong communication and organisational skills
