As a Strategy and Transformation Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering the strategic direction of Bupa’s Health Services Business Unit, which includes Clinics, Specialist Care, and Hospitals across the UK. Working closely with the Head of Strategy and the Transformation Director, you’ll help drive forward our transformation agenda, ensuring alignment with Bupa’s Market Unit and Group-wide goals.

How You’ll Help Us Make Health Happen

  • Support the development and delivery of the Health Services strategy, ensuring alignment with wider Market Unit and Group objectives.
  • Lead the tracking, measurement, and reporting of strategic and transformation initiatives across the Business Unit.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and performance updates for senior leadership.
  • Coordinate and contribute to strategic projects, including emblematic initiatives and cross-functional transformation programmes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure consistent messaging, alignment, and delivery of strategic goals.
  • Prepare high-quality briefings and updates for executive forums, including the GM, Transformation Director, and Board-level committees.
  • Maintain strong links with Group Strategy, Market Unit Transformation, and other business units to share best practices and drive strategic alignment.

Key Skills / Qualifications

  • Proven experience in strategy development, business transformation, or programme management.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for insight and detail.
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Ability to work across both high-level strategic thinking and detailed execution.
  • Commercial acumen and sound business judgement.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across all levels.
  • Experience in healthcare is desirable but not essential.
