  • You will build and own the processes around training and transformation such that they are repeatable and efficient.

We will rely on you to:

  • Be a key point of escalation for our delivery teams, helping them solve complex delivery challenges.
  • Be a recognised Agile Expert, intimately familiar with the processes and practices required for successful and sustainable delivery.
  • Bring inspirational leadership skills, excite our teams to also embrace an agile mind-set.
  • Coach and transform traditional delivery teams into adopting and living Agile behaviours and processes.
  • Be a coach for our Global Technology Engineering Leadership teams, who will support our Agile Transformation Strategy.

  • Significant organisational Agile transformation experience, ideally at scale, demonstrating proven strategies, to build & shape our Agile culture.
  • Hands on delivery experience at a senior level comfortable operating across multiple business lines and varying tech stacks.
  • A broad technical understanding to support your Agile credentials from software architecture through test, DevOps practices, security and operational run.
  • Leadership qualities with ability to engage & excite colleagues to director level.

What makes you stand out:

  • Significant experience of a wide range of technology roles is desirable, ideally with some form of development engineering background
  • Rounded and holistic understanding of Agile Methodologies, certifications such as CSP, KMP & ICP-ACC would be an advantage but are not essential

  • Vendor management experience to ensure our vendors are fit for purpose for the cross-functional teams we are building

Why join our team:

  • We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.
