We’re now on the lookout for four Technical Support (Out of Home) experts to join the team. If you're tech-savvy, solution-focused, and thrive on delivering first-rate support, we want to hear from you.
About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Level 2 Support, you will be the go-to for resolving software issues related to our locker network. You will work closely with customers, our Customer Care team, and Delivery Office Managers to keep everything running smoothly.

About The Role

- Remotely diagnose and resolve locker faults using our MINT system
- Provide front-line support for locker software and accessibility issues
- Liaise with engineers and tech partners to improve performance
- Coordinate on-site visits and locker repairs
- Handle admin using tools like Excel and JIRA
- Promote and support the growth of the Royal Mail Parcel Locker network
- Strong IT and software troubleshooting skills
- Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Organised, proactive, and keen to keep learning
- Able to manage pressure, solve problems, and think analytically
