The London Borough of Redbridge is seeking an experienced End User Computing Analyst to play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality and reliability of our IT services. You’ll be at the heart of a forward-thinking and customer-focused support team, delivering cutting-edge solutions and high-level service to internal staff and partners across the borough.

About The Role

As an EUC Analyst, you'll ensure robust IT support is delivered consistently across the Council, helping staff stay productive and connected. This is a hands-on role requiring technical proficiency, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to outstanding customer service

Requirements

Significant experience in an IT Service Desk or EUC environment within a large, complex organisation.

Expertise In:

  • Windows 11 environments
  • Microsoft Office 365 and Teams
  • Active Directory (including GPOs)
  • Endpoint management tools (SCCM, Intune)
  • PC hardware and laptop imaging
  • Android mobile device support
  • Networking basics (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
  • Familiarity with ITSM systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload in a dynamic environment
  • Capable of lifting and deploying IT hardware across council sites

Desirable Qualifications

  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Microsoft Certifications (MCSA/MCSD/O365)
