Job Summary
As an Accounts Receivable Administrator in the real estate sector, you will be responsible for accurately tracking and recording all incoming payments, following up on unpaid invoices to maintain up-to-date customer accounts (including managing balances passed to external lawyers), participating in credit control meetings, and providing support to other team members as needed.
Salary: £30-32k
4 days in office / 1 WFH
12 month FTC to start June/July 25
Main Responsibilities

Job Summary

Main Responsibilities
- Cash Allocation: Accurately and efficiently allocate all tenant receipts. Collaborate with the Working Capital (WCA) team to review any unallocated cash.
- Group Inbox: Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and disputes. Escalate queries to relevant teams as needed.
- Month-End Process: Assist with the month-end process to ensure the receivables ledger is ready for WCA to close including resolving suspense items and unallocated cash.
- Tenant Billing: Oversee and raise tenant charges and credits as required, ensuring all relevant charge and tax codes are correct, acting as a communication point for queries.
- Collect and enter tenant sales and overage data into Yardi, generate quarterly Retail Turnover Invoices, and assist in reconciling previous years' overage data to address any discrepancies.
- Learning and Development: Support the AR commitment to cross-training, upskilling, and reskilling the team. Provide and receive training in other elements of the AR department, including reporting, credit control, and enforcement.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Must be numerate, computer literate and possess good communication skills.
- Excel experience within a Windows environment
- Must have ability to work under pressure, use their initiative and have a flexible yet ordered approach to their work.
- Confident, assertive and strong attention to detail.
- Experience of working in a high volume and target driven environment.
