Site Manager - Curtain Walling

I'm recruiting on behalf of a nationwide façade specialist contractor with a large order book across London right now, with a urgent requirement based in West Ealing.

About the role:

You will be managing the installation of a curtain walling system as well as windows so previous experiences managing these packages are CRUCIAL.

Responsibilities for Site Manager:

• Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites.
• Enforce health & safety protocols, manage risks, and address any issues promptly.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, to keep the project on track.
• Maintain quality standards by monitoring workmanship, materials, and adherence to specifications.
• When challenges arise, you will find solutions to keep the project moving forward.
• Effectively communicate by liaising with team members, report progress, and address concerns.
