Key Responsibilities
Creative Production
- Develop final artwork from initial concepts with accuracy and attention to detail
- Adapt creative layouts across various formats and channels
- Apply consistent typographic and layout standards across all deliverables
- Ensure all artwork meets technical specifications for print and digital media
- Manage the artworking of assigned projects with guidance from project and production management
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure artwork reflects brand and campaign strategy
- Maintain consistency across campaign materials in line with brand guidelines
- Deliver artwork within agreed deadlines and to budget
- Communicate early if deadlines are at risk and propose solutions
- Work closely with the project management team to prioritise tasks and manage workload
- Participate in internal checks and reviews of artwork prior to final sign-off
- Ensure accuracy in all content, including grammar, spelling, and layout
- Contribute to improving quality and consistency across creative output
- Suggest alternative formats or layouts where appropriate
- Support creative development through occasional input into brainstorming sessions
- Share knowledge and contribute positively to team culture
- 3–5 years of experience in a creative artworker role, ideally within an agency or design-led environment
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- A portfolio that demonstrates technical proficiency and some creative flair across print and digital projects
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Competence with PowerPoint and creating presentation templates
- Good understanding of print production and colour management
- Confident working within brand guidelines and applying feedback
- Retouching and visualising skills are a plus
