Quantium Health UK delivers AI, analytics, and digital consulting services and products to clients across Health, Life Sciences and HealthTech. Our purpose is to harness the power of data and drive improved outcomes for patients and clinicians. This business development focused role will drive the commercial growth of Quail (Quality AI & Learning), our cutting-edge AI-driven Patient Experience Management tool, and related products. You'll leverage our success story with our current stakeholders to create opportunities with new clients, highlighting how Quail enhances efficiency and provides actionable insights for improved patient care.

How will you make an impact?

  • Drive Commercial Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive client adoption of Quantium Health products
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Nurture connections with key stakeholders, focusing on clinical leaders, operational executives, and digital transformation teams
  • Showcase Success: Leverage our client success stories to create compelling case studies and sales materials
  • Identify Opportunities: Build a robust pipeline of prospects and qualify new business opportunities for Quail
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor client priorities, initiatives, and funding opportunities to identify strategic selling opportunities

The Superpowers You'll Be Bringing To The Team

  • Sales Experience: 4+ years of experience in healthcare business development, sales, or account management
  • UK Healthcare Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UK healthcare landscape, e.g. structures, priorities, and procurement processes
  • HealthTech Advocate: Ability to articulate the value of AI and data-driven solutions and demonstrate how they address clinical and operational challenges
  • Commercial Acumen: Proven track record of building relationships with healthcare stakeholders and generating new business opportunities
  • Communication Expert: Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts into accessible value propositions
