As the Partner Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the internal processes, policies and tools that enable our partner-facing team to efficiently and effectively go to market. This includes continuously improving our Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform and building towards scalability. You’ll be looked upon to provide insights and recommendations for improvements along the way to strengthen how we interact, communicate, and drive success through our partners. You will also own the day-to-day monitoring of the functionalities within the PRM, operational updates that help drive evolution of the Silverfort Unified Partner program.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the partner sales process from a systems perspective, managing the Partner Relationship Management (Impartner) platform. Ensure existing functionalities are optimized and scalable while developing new features to support business growth and evolution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create workflows, automations and improvements to drive incremental value for GTM while supporting and enabling both partners and internal selling teams.
  • Ability to identify and advocate for strategic process improvements through analysis and insights, driving their implementation and evolution while considering global impact.
  • Drive cross organization initiatives and contributing more broadly than core functional responsibilities.
  • Reporting plays a vital role in driving success. This involves establishing the necessary data structures and reporting mechanisms to track and measure partnership performance. Metrics include internal channel data (ARR, Bookings, Pipeline, etc.) as well as partner-facing KPIs and metrics.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of proven experience in operations and program management, specializing in partner collaboration
  • Independent thinker with high energy and positive attitude who is highly detail-oriented, hyper-organized, and can manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
  • Proven experience and expertise in Salesforce, including a strong understanding of its core functionalities such as data management, reporting, process updates, and creating dashboards for both large- and small-scale initiatives
  • Experience with various documentation and project management tools such as Monday, Jira or Seismic is also an asset.
  • Preferred experience with PRM solutions – Impartner
  • Extensive experience thriving in fast-paced, international environments, effectively managing stakeholders and processes while collaborating with diverse teams across multiple time zones and cultures to meet tight deadlines
  • Must be highly self-motivated and able to work effectively with virtual teams and flexible in a dynamic business environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability build relationships and influence individuals at all levels
  • Quick learner when it comes to using new tools and are resourceful when it comes to discovering nuances and functionalities within the tool.
