Located in a prominent position on Shoreditch High Street, One Hundred Shoreditch has 258 bedrooms, five restaurants and bars including a breakfast restaurant, a destination cocktail bar and a rooftop bar and terrace, offering panoramic views over East London

As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first and last point of contact for our guests. You'll create memorable arrivals and seamless departures while handling queries and requests with professionalism and personality. You'll work closely with all departments to ensure every guest's stay is exceptional from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and handle check-in/check-out procedures
• Provide information about the hotel, local area, and services in a friendly, engaging way
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests with accuracy
• Handle payments, billing, and administrative tasks
• Resolve any issues or concerns calmly and efficiently
• Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and food & beverage teams for smooth operations
• Maintain a polished front desk area and uphold the hotel's standards at all times

Salary: £26,225 p/a + service charge
