You'll lead technical design coordination, manage consultant teams, and ensure smooth design delivery from pre-con through to handover on a complex, detail-driven build.The Project:An architecturally ambitious, ultra-prime scheme involving two penthouses with bespoke structural, MEP, and interior packages. Think complex detailing, luxury finishes, and the highest level of design intent and execution.Must-Have:•Strong Design Manager experience on high-spec residential or commercial builds•Ability to manage drawing packages, solve technical issues, and drive coordination onsite•Comfortable working with top-tier consultants, architects, and private clients•Ideally degree-qualified in Architecture, Engineering, or ConstructionThe Company:A privately owned main contractor delivering premium residential and commercial projects across London and the South East.
