Site Manager - #1738472

Site Manager - Fire Remedials, stopping and door installation required asap, for projects starting in June. This position is paying an annual salary of £80,000.

Duties:

• Controlling labour
• Ordering materials
• Understanding scope of works and monitoring adherence to specification
• H&S monitoring
• Working on site and able to commute to main office

Benefits:

Experience required:

• Carpentry bias with sound knowledge of Fire door installs and Fire Stopping remedial works
• Hold a CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos awareness
• Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
• PC literate with Microsoft Project experience
