Location: NW9 (Brent)Salary: £89 per day (PAYE)Hours: Full-time, 8:45 AM to 4:30 PM

About the Role:We are currently seeking dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants to support students with Autism and complex needs in a large secondary school setting. This inclusive and well-resourced environment caters to students aged 11–19, providing tailored education and support that promotes independence and wellbeing.This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a specialist setting with a passionate and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:• Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with Autism and complex learning needs.• Assist with communication strategies, sensory activities, and behaviour support plans.• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver a holistic learning experience.• Help create a positive and structured environment that meets students' individual needs.

Skills and Experience:• Enhanced Child & Adult DBS (or Willingness to apply and pay for a new one)• Experience supporting students with Autism, complex needs, or PMLD.• Calm, patient, and proactive approach to behaviour and learning support.• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
