Customer Service Driver Southwark - #1739494

Our client is a well-respected provider of storage units across the South East of England to both the public and commercial operations.

Following the expansion of an existing facility they seek a Customer Service / Driver to join their team in Southwark.

On a day-to-day basis the Customer Service / Driver will be the face of the business. You will be greeting customers both face-to-face and over the phone. Open contracts with new customers and handle sales enquiries where appropriate. You will be involved in the everyday account management of existing customers (invoicing and credit collection), and you will be taking responsibility for the overall appearance of the facility.

In addition, you will be collecting goods from customers and unloading them into storage. Subsequently applicants are required to have a full UK Driving License (held for 6 years or more) with no more than 6 points.

Applicants will need to be physically fit and computer literate.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday (8.30am-5.30pm) with scheduled weekend shifts 2 out 3 weekends (either a Saturday 9am-2pm or a Sunday 9am-12pm).

A salary starting from £28k per annum is provided.
