Multiskilled Shift Engineer - #1739844

Our Client is looking for a Multiskilled Shift engineer to work in a large commercial building in Fenchurch street. You will be working for one of the most well known facilities companies. known for their training and generous benefits package.On offer is a salary of up to £53,000

Day to Day Duties

You will be working continental shift pattern 7am-7pm (day sand nights) you will be part of a team of engineers responsible for the maintenance of the following:

• Control Panels
• Lighting
• Emergency lighting tests
• Single and Three phrase
• AHU and FCU maintenance .
• Small installation, Fault-finding,
• Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel,
• Power distribution)
• Fire Alarm Test's
• Pumps: replacement of pump shaft seals (to fix leaks), replacement of small Pumps.
• General plumbing maintenance: etc.
• Pressurisation units: service and repair of closed system pressurisation units.
• HVAC plant
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers - Re-set
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings

Qualifications/Requirements

• Qualified In a Electrical discipline with certificates equivalent to level 3
• General Building services skills
• Experience with PPM’s on commercial systems
• Steady and progressive work history
• Experienced in work on large scale building services applications
