The International Loyalty & Partnerships team, as part of the Premium Products & Benefits organisation within the ICS COE, is responsible for setting the enterprise-wide loyalty and benefit vision and leveraging our partnerships to deliver top-line revenue aspirations by building world beating customer value propositions, whilst expanding margin to enhance shareholder value.

Reporting to the Manager, Partnerships & Business Development, this Analyst will be responsible for leading the facilitation of new and existing loyalty partnerships, managing partner relationships to ensure timely and effective onboarding and expansion. Additionally, you will act as the primary point of contact to enable API and technical integrations for Points Transfer partners, supporting with the implementation of partner management commitments across our travel partners to drive sustainable reward economics.

The incumbent will be an influential, results-oriented, team player with a flexible attitude, able to drive initiatives forward in a collaborative manner. Additionally, a history of managing high-profile partners and projects, navigating complex workstreams progressing against a dynamic pipeline of initiatives.

 How will you make an impact in this role?
  • Support and manage a diverse pipeline of loyalty partnerships including strategy, deployment, contractual marketing commitments, reporting/ monitoring and ongoing enhancements.
  • Act as the day-to-day contact with local markets for operational/servicing, reporting, invoicing & marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with global, central tech and product teams to maintain a roadmap for partner integrations - delivering end-to end execution of pipeline items to drive partner growth.

  • Be the primary point of contact and partner with internal cross-functional collaborators (Marketing, Risk, Fraud, Credit, Compliance, GCO/Legal, Technologies etc.) to enable APIs for Points Transfer and Elite Status partners
  • Ability to learn and understand relevant governance and regulatory procedures to support partnership objectives
  • Support the Manager in reporting & partnership updates for internal global roundtables & local market discussions.
  • Support Manager with data analysis & business cases for BD opportunities
  • Confidently share best practices and learnings across international markets.

Minimum Qualifications

The role will require a comfortable and confident communicator, able to influence key stakeholders both internally and externally and delivering results across multiple global cross-functional teams including other pillars of the ICS COE, Product, Strategic Partnerships, TLS, GNS, Legal, Controllership, Tech, GMNS and Operational Excellence.
  • Prior experience managing stakeholders and supporting complex multi-market projects
  • Results-oriented, data-centric team player with clear communication style and a strong will to build compelling stories through data & Powerpoint
  • Flexibility to drive multiple projects forward simultaneously with clear milestones and associated timelines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, nVision), to support partner proposals and analysis
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Confluence, JIRA)
  • International, multi-market experience and knowledge; global and cultural mindset and ability to keep organised working across many local market teams
  • Ability to act autonomously to driving forward partnership priorities, finding solutions, prioritizing business cases and creating compelling pitch materials
  • A passion for partnerships and a growth mindset – eagerness to follow industry trends and the competitive landscape
  • High energy, strong will-to-win and ability to navigate a fast-paced white space environment
  • Ability to work across a matrixed, fast changing organisation across international markets and bring stakeholders together to achieve common objectives
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence across global teams
