Production Manager - Food - #1740166

We are currently recruiting for our client, a new and exciting food manufacturer who are growing significantly, due to this continued growth they are looking to add to the team with a Production Manager who will be responsible for driving the operational performance in line with the projected growth.

Leading a small team you will take a hands on approach, manage production scheduling ,oversee product changeovers and schedule execution with minimal downtime, monitor production KPIs (yields, labour, waste) and troubleshoot delays or inefficiencies.

In order to be considered for the role you must be able to demonstrate 5+ years’ experience in a food production leadership role, ideally with exposure to bakery. Previous experience managing or supervising production teams and strong communication and leadership skills – confident leading meetings, reviews and team updates.
